Lexi, of "Lexidus Art", is a self-taught artist who specializes in creating unique original art and designs that fan the flames of imagination and surrealism. Her first love of art began with semi-realistic traditional ink drawings, that quickly fueled an even stronger passion of fantasy-style digital paintings. She never stops exploring other possibilities and mediums for art, and now has years of experience not just as a traditional and digital artist, but also as an enamel pin producer, and designer of tabletop games, logos, website interfaces, print magazines, promotional web and print materials, trade show displays and more!
She co-founded 𝘌𝘹𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘎𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘴 with her brother Jake, a fantasy tabletop game company that publishes 𝗘𝘅𝗼𝗱𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲! Lexi also started her own art & enamel pin brand Lexidus Art, after successfully crowdfunding her first pin collection on Kickstarter in May 2020, followed by more well-received campaigns in February 2021 and April 2022.
Whether painting digitally, sketching fun doodles, designing professional graphics or bringing new pin designs to life, Lexi always strives to infuse her work with a sense of vibrant wonder, a taste of the surreal, and at times, a little punny humor — for a good pun is its own 𝙧𝙚𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙙. She hopes her work will spark your imagination and bring you a smile :)

From conceptualization to packaging design to finished card products, I oversee and execute the creative design process when it comes to outsourcing and creating original artwork for Exodus the Trading Card Game. This includes writing detailed descriptions, providing image references, managing the budget and working directly with artists on a contract basis to ensure world-class illustrations are completed on time.

Creating original fantasy paintings from scratch using Adobe Photoshop, which get used for trading card artwork, marketing materials, and package art. I’ve also illustrated new product logos, icons, web graphics & pages, as well as designed digital newsletters, print magazines and physical product packaging for the Exodus TCG. The process for both paintings and graphics includes initial conceptualization, sketching a variety of design options, receiving feedback from teammates, rendering and finalizing the artwork, and then delivering the finished project in an efficient, clear manner.

Created and marketed a new TCG from scratch & fostered business relations in the industry. I lead and organize official events such as local tournaments, trade show exhibits and retail store demos. Additionally, I create digital content for the game’s social media pages, co-produce and edit videos for the company’s YouTube channel using Adobe Premiere & After Effects, develop and manage marketing campaigns, and oversee public relations for the company.

Creating original enamel pin, apparel & accessory designs both for professional / commercial clients as well as for my own brand and online storefront. This entails full artwork production, as well as prepping files for factories, testing design colors, finding / communicating with / managing projects with vendors, overseeing production processes, and packaging / fulfilling final orders. Additionally, I do freelance commission work for individuals seeking custom paintings or designs.

Creating digital & print-ready flyer designs, social media graphics, informational booklets / brochures and other promotional materials to be used by staff members and clients at the company. The process often includes either a rough draft concept for me to recreate, and / or a list of guidelines and design ideas for me to bring to life from scratch. Multiple style choices may be presented for the art director to choose from, and revisions are made quickly and smoothly until the client is satisfied.
